Absolutely! You get 10% off a 2nd dog's plan, and 15% off any additional dog's plans.
We plan on delivering coolers on Saturdays, but if you need a weekday drop-off, just reach out and we will happily accomodate you.
We do, and it's the main way we grow. If a friend signs up because of you, you both get $50 off a delivery. No codes to keep track of.
How does it work?
When your friend signs up, they add your name to the referral form. They get $50 off their first delivery right away. Once that first cooler goes out and they're one of our customers, we take $50 off your next delivery too.
When does my credit show up?
On your next scheduled delivery after your friend's first one goes out. The $50 will come off automatically, you don't have to do anything.
How many friends can I refer?
As many as you'd like. Every neighbor you send our way is one more dog eating better and one fewer package shipped across the country. We'll say thanks $50 at a time, every time.
Does my friend need a code?
Nope. They just add your name when they sign up. We match it up on our end.
The night prior, we will text you with a delivery window, and then the day of we will let you know shortly before we arrive and after your cooler has been dropped off.
Your dog's food is guaranteed frozen for 24 hours after delivery.
7 to 10 days, gradual:
- Days 1–3: 75% kibble, 25% Far Fetched
- Days 4–6: 50/50
- Days 7–9: 25% kibble, 75% Far Fetched
- Day 10+: 100% Far Fetched
Keep frozen at 0°F until 24 hours before serving. Thaw in the refrigerator. Once thawed, refrigerate and use within 5 days.
